Claudia Motei

The project consisted in the rehabilitation of a building section within Caro Hotel in Bucharest, of 1100 sqm that had to conform to the 4-star hotel standards. The brief was to create a smart and sophisticated atmosphere, that of a business hotel, but also to include some industrial elements that pay homage to the building’s past. It was necessary to implement a complex project that involved both architecture and interior design, as well as electrical, thermal, HVAC and automation solutions.
